Program Description

The Master of Christian Counseling at GAB University is specifically designed to equip students with the essential counseling knowledge and practical skills needed to provide healing, guidance, and hope to individuals in need. This program is ideal for those who feel called to serve as counselors in churches or faith-based organizations, focusing on both emotional and spiritual well-being.

Throughout the program, students will be trained in areas such as pastoral counseling, hospital chaplaincy, crisis pregnancy centers, family case management, and other counseling roles that do not require professional licensure. While the program is designed to be concise and efficient, it offers a solid foundation that can build upon previous studies, allowing students to enter the workforce quickly or pursue further academic studies at the doctoral level.

We understand the importance of flexibility in education, which is why we offer both EAD (Distance Learning) and Hybrid courses for our Master of Christian Counseling. These options allow students to tailor their education to their personal schedules and learning preferences, making it easier to balance study with professional and personal commitments. Whether through fully online or a combination of in-person and online learning, students will receive a high-quality education designed to prepare them for meaningful roles in Christian counseling.
